  3. QuickOpen is designed for use with QuarkXPress 3.1, 3.11, 3.2, and 3.3

  5. Although copyrighted, this software is being licensed to you for your use free of charge.  You can distribute QuickOpen freely, however, ownership of and interest in this software shall remain with a lowly apprentice production.

  7. QuickOpen is an XTension to QuarkXPress which will allow documents whose preferences differ from XPress’s open using the document’s preferences. This is accomplished automatically and requires no interaction from the user, thus skip the Preference Conflict dialog presented when a document is opened.
